I've been there.
I know exactly where you are because I’ve been there. As a dentist in private practice, I was trying to be great at my work, manage my staff, take care of patients, and keep track of numbers—while wondering how I could do more and be better. It felt like I wasn’t good enough, and I didn’t know how to handle all the real-world challenges.
Dental school taught me about clinical work and how to pass my boards, but it didn’t teach me how to run a practice or manage a team. I had to figure that out on my own.
Searched for answers.
So, I decided to learn as much as I could. I traveled to other dental offices, hired coaches, read books, and went to seminars. I spent a lot of money trying to get better, but there were many times when I felt like I was hitting dead ends. Success always seemed just out of reach. But I eventually learned the key to my success: accountability.
The times I made the most progress were when I joined a group or worked with a coach. Being held accountable to someone or a group pushed me to get things done and move forward.
As I learned, I kept track of everything—what worked and what didn’t. My practice became my testing ground. I tried new things with my staff, patients, and even myself. I took notes in notebooks, created spreadsheets, and saved documents with all the lessons I learned. This turned into two books—one on practice management and one on clinical tips.
After over 30 years in the dental field...
I’ve learned a lot, and now I’m here to help you. I offer not only lessons but also the chance to be held accountable to reach your goals.
Here’s the best advice I can give: Don’t try to do it all alone. Find a group to join or hire a coach who can help you stay on track. I spent too many years thinking I could do it all myself, but my success came much quicker when I accepted help.
If you like what you see here, I’d love to work with you and help you get to the next level. Let’s do this!

"Being able to speak candidly about successes AND failures is really empowering. Sitting at a table or meeting online with like-minded colleagues that are not local competitors encourages new ideas and cements best practices. My career and my practice wouldn't be the same without my involvement in a mastermind group."
